It was learning to cook in my teenage years that inspired me to get into food and nutrition. I’ve always been a creative cook but my style of cooking depth of knowledge has evolved over the last 20 years as my own health requirements have changed. I am most passionate about creating beautiful healthy meals that taste amazing. I do not subscribe to just one ‘diet’ as I fundamentally believe that everyone’s needs are different so I have a very diverse skills set to meet the needs of my varied clients.
Many of my recipes are gluten free, dairy free, paleo or vegan and suitable for detoxing and weight loss.

I run cookery parties in Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs – get a group of friends together (maximum of 6 people) assign a host with a good kitchen space and I’ll come and teach you how to make a selection of meals in your preferred style.
You can also benefit from my knowledge on topics like how to make your kitchen healthier, how to make the most of health foods and offer advice on what is fad, fact or fiction in the food world.
And of course you get to sample lots of tasty food on the night.
